We have a very simple process when it comes to hiring a marquee from us. We’ve outlined them as steps below that you can use to get an idea of what will happen. We’ve also included some links to our blog posts that might give you more of an idea of what to expect.

Initial Enquiry

First of all, you’ll need to get in touch with us. Email or call us to discuss your event and for an estimate.

Site Visit

We’ll arrange a site visit to run through your requirements in more detail. This will make sure that you’re getting what you expect and gives us a chance to discuss your individual requirements. We’ll look at :

  • taking measurements of the site,
  • have a chat about colour schemes and linings of the marquee,
  • flooring,
  • lighting,
  • any other options – heating if required, etc.

We can ever arrange to show you images of previous events!

CAD Drawing and Quotation

We will provide an accurate costing along with a CAD drawing to help you visualise your marquee. To make sure that you’re happy with your event, our drawings are always detailed and to scale to make sure that you can clearly see the layout.

We can provide these cad drawings to any external parties – caterers, florists, bands or anyone else that may be making your event special, to ensure that they know where everything is and plan accordingly.

Finally, we’ll provide you with a quotation.

Dedicated event manager

Once you go ahead with the quotation you will be assigned a dedicated event manager.

Nearer the time

A day and time will be arranged for the installation of the marquee, final decisions will be made with regards to furniture and heating.


Support on the day

You will always be able to contact us on the day either via mobile or by arranging a technician to be on site for the duration of your event.

Leaving site

We endeavour to leave the site as we found it.
